The Smart Life Institute has released it's fall and winter educational calendar. This has evolved out of SLI's mission to provide high quality and cost-effective education on a variety of current training and injury topics. The sessions will all be one hour in duration and cost $5 per person. Pre-registration is required. Please refer to the Calendar section for complete details and program listings.

The Winter Smart Life Institute calendar will be available by Friday December 14. The first 8 months of our academic calendar have been a success and have helped provide the community with sports-science-based information at an affordable cost.

In 2008, all SLI programs will also be available online as part of an online subscription option. Details to follow!

I've posted the new Summer 2008 calendar. In the next few days, I will also announce the details for a 4 hour RunSmart camp to be held on June 7 in Austin. It will cover RunSmart 1 - 3 all in one day!
